JOEL HEINRICHS
Co-Founder
With over 30 years experience in both the startup and local government spaces, Joel has seen it all. And if he hasn’t seen it, he’s heard about it. Although a recently retired CEO, his passion for fueling growth and championing change hasn’t retired. He founded Thrive Haus Consulting to help small businesses succeed by overcoming obstacles, leveraging creative solutions, and analyzing everything.
If you doubt his grit, Joel recently ran a half marathon at the age of 63 with only 6 weeks of training.
KAT HEINRICHS
Co-Founder
From customer service to project management, team management and business analysis, Kat has 5 years experience in the SaaS world. Outside of business operations, she recently received a Certificate of Achievement in Graphic Design from Cuesta College here on the central coast. She gets a thrill from identifying areas of opportunity and workshopping solutions.
Although she’s never run more than a 5k, she speaks German, has too many pets and has visited 23 countries.
