Relaunch: Build A New Plan For A New Day

An interactive two day “off site” workshop for creating practical, near-term action plans for reopening your business.

Given the disruptive effects of the pandemic, we have developed a “Re-Launch: Build A New Plan For A New Day” process. This is a highly interactive two day “offsite” workshop – scaled to the needs of small and medium sized companies. During day one, we will analyze a series of key strategic questions in order to define our environment and the potential range of options. The next day we develop the actual strategy. In fact, we will identify several potential strategies and then evaluate their likelihood of success. At the end of the day, we will leave with a tentative strategy and action plan. (The strategy may or may not be subject to additional tests.). Finally, the Thrive Haus team will convert the workshop activity and tentative conclusions into a final action plan for review and implementation.

Business Assessments

Realign: Implement An Organic Plan For Growth

A quick, visual action plan development process that assesses key elements of the business (culture/vision, customers/marketing plan, product fit, fulfillment/systems, and people).  As a team, we will work through a quick, visual process of identifying how effective our organization is – things we do well and things we do poorly – and developing near term actions to improve performance. The work is accomplished via a blend of “brainstorming-style” team sessions and analysis/validation follow up discussions with individual participants. Process culminates with adoption of an Action Plan.

Deliverables include a visual model of your organization “as it is” and “as it should be” and a summary report which includes: 1) near term action plan, 2) longer term issues summary, and 3) recommendations for optional follow up work (if necessary).

Refresh

Offered to any business that partakes in relaunch planning or business assessment.

Businesses that complete Relaunch, Reposition, or Realign workshops are eligible for one day refresh of strategy and organizational alignment. This fast-paced workshop combines Relaunch & Realign workbook content to serve as a “fine tuning” session for existing clients. We will refresh our current strategy and ensure that the organization remains aligned with that vision. The specific workshop processes are client specific. We will start where we left off with the prior work and focus on any incomplete action items, new environmental factors, and key issues as defined by client.

Mentoring

Informal coaching/mentoring session(s) – just buy us a cup of coffee, lunch, or a beer!

Intensive follow-up or stand alone assistance with known issues, organizational structures or other problems as needed.

Our workshops are designed to quickly identify organizational challenges and near-term action plans for improvement. These processes rely heavily on structured brainstorming, which works well for many issues. However, some issues are too complex for that model. Thus, we offer “deep dive” consulting services to conduct more thorough analysis of identified challenges. Of course, you may not need a workshop to identify a particular need. If so, we will work directly with you to further identify the issue and develop a plan for analysis.

Ongoing coaching is available for management team or key individual contributors to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Our coaching process can be geared to an individual or a team. We’ll work with you informally to clarify the challenge(s) and then deliver a custom process tailored to your organization’s needs. An outside perspective can really help individuals and teams learn to be more effective. The challenge is rarely figuring out what to do, rather, it is building the will and processes to make it happen. We’ll build on what works now to improve performance consistent with your organizational culture and goals.
